By accessing this website and purchasing products from Patangiyu (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.
2. Products and Services
We make every effort to display the colors, images, and descriptions of our products (Kites, Manjha, Safety Gear) accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
- Kite Paper/Design: Designs on kites may vary slightly from the images shown based on availability.
- Manjha: We sell high-quality cotton manjha (9 Cord). We strictly adhere to government regulations and do not sell banned synthetic/nylon (Chinese) manjha.
3. Shipping and Delivery
- We ship to cities across India.
- Standard delivery time is 3-7 business days products will be delivered.
- Delays caused by courier partners or force majeure (weather, strikes) are beyond our control.
4. Safety Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability (CRITICAL)
- Kite Flying Risk: You acknowledge that kite flying involves the use of sharp threads (Manjha) and potential physical risks.
- Responsibility: Patangiyu is not liable for any injury, cut, or accident caused to the user or third parties while using our products.
- Safety Gear: We provide safety gear (finger protectors, glasses) in our kit. We strongly recommend using them at all times.
- Prohibited Areas: We advise against flying kites near roads, power lines, or crowded areas.
5. Returns and Refunds
- Due to the fragile nature of kites, we do not accept returns unless the product arrives significantly damaged (e.g., box crushed, all kites broken).
- We have no return and no refund policy.
- You must provide an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery to claim a replacement for damaged goods. Replacement product will be delivered in 3-7 business days.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
